Metrics Missing, Frozen or Showing an Error
A Metric I Want Is Not Available
All metrics in MoBro are provided by plugins.
MoBro comes with the MoBro Hardware Monitor plugin pre-installed, which provides the most common hardware metrics.
If a sensor you need is missing, install an additional plugin from the Marketplace, for example
the HWiNFO or AIDA64 plugin.
You can check which metrics a plugin provides, including their current values, in the Plugins section of MoBro.
Which sensors are available also depends on your hardware. Not every motherboard, GPU or fan controller exposes every sensor.
A Widget Shows an Error
This usually happens after installing a layout from the Marketplace or after uninstalling or switching plugins, when a
widget uses a metric that is not available on your system.
Use the Metrics Mapper to replace the missing metrics.
Metrics Stopped Updating or Show No Value
- Check the plugin status in the Plugins section of MoBro. If a plugin shows an error, hover over the status icon for details.
- Check the MoBro Plugin Service under Settings → Services → Overview. If it cannot be started, see MoBro Service not running.
- Using HWiNFO? The free version of HWiNFO disables shared memory after 12 hours, which freezes all HWiNFO metrics. See the 12-hour limit.
Some Metrics Don't Show on the Dashboard
The number of metrics per dashboard is limited by your tier (25 on the Free tier). See Tiers & Limits.
