Dashboard configurations

A dashboard configuration defines how a dashboard looks, what widgets it contains, etc.

Whenever a new dashboard is created or an external dashboard connects for the first time, a new and empty dashboard configuration is automatically created and assigned to that dashboard.

  • Each dashboard always displays a single dashboard configuration.
  • Multiple dashboards can use and display the same dashboard configuration.
  • Dashboard configurations can be exported and imported to share them with others.
tip

Instead of configuring and creating your own configuration, you can also import existing configurations created and shared by other users (e.g. from the #dashboards channel on your Discord server)

Assign a dashboard configuration​

The configuration currently displayed by a dashboard can be changed from the dashboards detail page.
Simply select the dashboard configuration from your list of available configurations.
